2. Description of Service

OutfitDrop is a virtual try-on service that uses artificial intelligence to show how clothing items would look on your uploaded photos. Our service includes:

• Chrome browser extension for Amazon and Pinterest integration
• AI-powered virtual clothing try-on technology
• Credit-based usage system
• Referral program for earning additional credits

3. User Responsibilities

Photo Requirements

• You must own the rights to any photos you upload
• Photos must not contain minors (under 16 years old)
• Photos must be appropriate and not contain nudity or inappropriate content
• You are responsible for ensuring photo quality meets our technical requirements

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Prohibited Uses

• Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Uploading photos of other people without their consent
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral system
• Interfering with or disrupting the service

4. Credit System and Payments

Credits

• Each try-on request consumes 1 credit and generates 4 image variations
• New users receive 5 free credits
• Additional credits can be purchased through our extension
• Credits do not expire but are non-transferable

Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used
• Once credits are consumed for try-on requests, they cannot be refunded

5. Referral Program

• Referrers receive 15 credits when someone signs up using their referral code
• New users receive 10 bonus credits when using a referral code
• Referral abuse (fake accounts, self-referrals) will result in account termination
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

6. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

• OutfitDrop, our logo, and all related technology are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or AI technology
• All try-on results generated by our service remain your property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos for try-on services
• You may delete or change your photos at any time through the extension

7. Service Availability and Accuracy

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Our AI technology focuses on visual styling and appearance rather than exact fit measurements. Results may vary based on photo quality, clothing type, and AI model limitations. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of fit or sizing representations.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• OutfitDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for purchase decisions based on try-on results

10. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@infinitegrowventures.com. Unused credits will be forfeited upon account termination.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Abusing the referral system
• Uploading inappropriate content
• Attempting to reverse engineer our technology
• Violating applicable laws

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
